Arkana—Fall 2020 Scent

The WAX BBY studio can occasionally smell like a wild experiment. Essence oils swirl together while other test candles burn in various rooms as we toil through what scents deserve to make it into our main collection. Occasionally, this wild mixture of scents creates something that makes us stop in our tracks and say - Am I crazy, or is this kind of nice? 

Taking notes from some of our best-seller candles Islewood and Old Flame - Arkana is a brilliant melody of the two. Sweet and bright with enigmatic undertones. Perfect for a night in alone or dynamic enough to set the backdrop for a party. 

Arkana is the physical form of running away upstate for the weekend to escape a tumultuous work week. We made Arkana to transport you to a place where your phone can’t reach a signal, where the most reliable heat source is a campfire and where the smell of sweet pine sap hangs in the air. 

Top sweeter notes of moss, cedar and pine are met with an arcane, mysterious musk filled with smoke and saffron. Arkana is the perfect addition to your collection if the evergreen forest is calling you.
